Rates sourced from the Bank of Canada Valet API. Civic data under OGL-Toronto / OGL-Ontario. Map © OpenStreetMap contributors. Listings shown are seed/demo data clearly labelled as such and they are not live MLS listings. Mortgage figures are estimates for illustration only and are not a loan offer or financial advice. Private-lender terms carry higher costs; always verify FSRA licensing. Trade listings are seed data. Credential states show what a record says about itself and when, and nothing in the directory was checked against a registry. An unverified credential means nobody has checked it rather than that it failed. Confirm any licence number against the issuing registry yourself before work starts.
Cost-to-own, inspection and insurance figures are estimates built from the assumptions shown beside them, and they change when those assumptions do. Insurance figures are priced off an estimated cost to rebuild and are not quotes: only an insurer can tell you what it will charge, or whether it will write the policy at all. Inspection prices are typical Greater Toronto Area ranges rather than quotes from a specific inspector, and they are the figures shown against a listing outside that area as well. An advisor we are paid to introduce you to says so on their own card, and that is the whole of what carries such a label today. No trade does, because nothing on the homeowner side of the trades directory is ordered or routed by us: you pick from a list that payment is not an input to. Paid placement exists in the lead routing shown on the page that asks trades to join, and if a routed list ever reaches a homeowner it needs a label before it ships.
